1. Introduction

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

3.5 Restricted Territories

The Platform is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. Accessing b9999 from any jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful is entirely at the Member's own risk and responsibility. b9999 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in any location outside Bangladesh.

4. Account Security

6.3 Bonus Abuse

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

7.2 Void Bets

b9999 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at odds or on an outcome that resulted from a technical malfunction, data feed error, or pricing error. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the Member's account. b9999's decision in such matters is final.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by b9999

b9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member's account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or any activity deemed harmful to the integrity of the Platform.

12.2 Closure by Member

Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with normal withdrawal procedures. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method after identity verification is completed.

12.3 Effect of Closure
